About Zoe Brown

Zoe is based in the U.K. She started her career as a Clinical Psychologist before moving into Organisational Psychology over 20 years ago. The first part of her career was spent working with clients on the human side of organisational change during major transformation programmes. She then joined YSC, a global leadership consultancy, where she specialised in Executive Assessment, Talent Development and Coaching. She has worked with many leaders across industries, cultures and functions building strong benchmarks and a nuanced view of what drives success. Clients comment on her ability to bring vivid psychological insight in a way that is practical and actionable.

Zoe loves the opportunity to combine her deep interest in people and their potential with insight into what it takes to successfully lead large corporations in a rapidly changing world. She is particularly passionate about helping individuals and organisations make insight-rich decisions about how to maximise their potential.
